Our dance classes are designed for people over 50 who want to move the body, challenge the brain, enjoy great music, and connect with really fun, like-minded people.

Our sold-out sessions in Yeronga and Nundah tell us it's time to explore where we dance next!

This is a one-off chance to experience a Gone Frolicking dance class close to home, and help us gauge interest in the area.

If the turnout and vibes are great, we'll be back with regular Dance Blocks 🎉
