Dance isn’t just fun—it’s fantastic for our minds, bodies, and spirits at every stage of life. So come frolic with like-minded people, move to music you love, and feel the joy of dance like never before.

Our pop-up dance events are designed with over 50s in mind—social, vibrant, and full of laughter. Whether you’re stepping onto the dance floor for the first time or returning after years away, we prioritise safe movement, real connection, and feeling sassy while dancing to legendary pop hits.

By the end of the session, you’ll have performed a joyful, low-impact jazz dance to an iconic song from the ’70s or ’80s—without the pressure of perfection.

Accessibility & participation information

What to wear: 

Dress in something that makes you feel fabulous and free to move! Just be sure your outfit allows for easy movement.

✔ Footwear: Please wear enclosed flat shoes that stay secure while dancing.

Dancing:

Our choreography is designed for standing participation, but chairs are available if you’d like to take a break—we’ve got you covered!

✔ Beginner-friendly: No dance experience needed!

✔ Gentle movements: We skip high-impact moves like jumping or floorwork, keeping it fun and accessible.

Venue:

The venue is fully accessible (no stairs). 

Interpreter:

We regret that a sign language interpreter will not be available at this event and apologise for any inconvenience.
